  After approximately 20 days of use, I can say that the cooling is good and it cools well at level 4 (of course, I only put 7-8 small water bottles in it). However, the freezer is open from the back and even though I put a small ice pack, 20 inches long, the ice cubes in the back do not freeze completely or only 1/3 of a bag of ice cubes does not freeze. I don't know what the problem is or if I am doing something wrong.
  27/06/24 a small correction (also in the evaluation), by increasing the temperature when you put new ice cubes in the freezer and as soon as they freeze, I turn it back to level 4 and everything is fine
