I have had these headphones for a year. Around the three-month mark, the left earphone lost about 20% of its sound. Then the sound started to deteriorate while I was listening to music, but when I took them out of Bluetooth and put them back in, they would fix themselves. And after nine months, they don't charge fully and last significantly fewer hours compared to the beginning. Nevertheless, they have good bass with clear sound, at least for the beginning when I had them, but with the extra issue that they do not have good sound isolation.

But I had a problem with the Samsung smart TV that I connect sometimes. a) When adjusting the volume, the numeric level disappears and I don't know, for example, if the volume is at 10 or 12, and mainly b) after disconnecting, I can't adjust the sound from the TV speaker and to restore the program, I had to do a simple reset of the sound settings, or even restart the TV from the power outlet and perform a complete reset!

The battery doesn't last as long as on the Plantronics I had. However, since I use one at a time (left or right), I don't have a problem. Additionally, you have the charging case, so you can charge them immediately.

Sometimes the sound cuts out for a few seconds, while other times they don't connect to the phone on their own. I also noticed that when there is no music playing, you hear a buzzing noise. A thousand times better are the Huawei ones that are under 30€ and are dogs no matter how many times they fall.

The headphones are mediocre to bad....
Their build quality is not good, especially for a JBL product (thin plastic that feels like it will break if you press it too hard).
The sound is clear without too much bass, which personally doesn't bother me but everyone has different tastes.
The battery life of the headphones lasts longer than what the company claims, but my case seems to run out of battery quickly.
During calls, I can hear and be heard very well except in situations with a lot of wind.
However, they have two huge problems.....
1) They have a significant delay in sound, especially when connected to computers.
2) Every time I connect them to my phone, after about half an hour, the sound cuts out from either the left or right earbud, and sometimes both for 10 seconds, then returns to normal. Other times, one earbud is a second behind the other (in music).

For 44.90 euros, they are very good headphones, you forget you're wearing them, they don't fall out of your ear, and they have good sound. The only negative thing I've encountered is that they have annoying latency. That is, you see a video, the speaker's lips move, but you hear the speech a fraction of a second later (the sound is delayed). It's not intense, but in some cases it's annoying. If they go back to 60-70 euros, I don't think they're worth it. Update 18/5/2023 they are black dogs, they don't understand anything and are used all day at work for calls and music.
