I bought it to have a paper-like texture on my iPad mini for use in designing with Procreate and the Apple Pencil 2. The glass on the iPad is too slippery for drawing, but with this paper, you will paint better in terms of sensation.

I have tried many screen protectors on my iPad, and this one is the roughest compared to others, giving you the feeling that you are drawing with a pencil. It may not be what some people want, but personally, I had no problem with it.
