Recommended Dosage

  • Adults: 5 sprays daily providing 100 μg of vitamin K2 (133%) and 4000 IU/100 μg (2000%*) of vitamin D3.
  • When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times.
  • Shake the bottle well before use. 
  • Spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek.
  • Replace the cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.

Warnings - Precautions:

  • Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Do not use if you are taking anticoagulants (blood thinners).
  •  If the product has not been used for a long time, the jet may become clogged. If so, rinse it with warm water to clear the clog.
  • Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

Nutritional Value

Purified water, lemon juice concentrate, steviol glycosides, gum arabic, potassium sorbate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), sunflower letchitin, peppermint oil (Mentha Arvensis), xantan gum, vitamin K2 (menaquinone).
