It straightens the hair without removing volume, it doesn't flatten them, the result is natural. My hair is a bit wavy, soft, and frizzy. I don't know how effective the brush is on more demanding hair. It heats up and cools down quickly. Of course, it requires attention as the product is plugged in

I have straight hair but frizzy, I can't go outside without using a hairdryer, this particular brush is a very good quick solution. It heats up very quickly and does its job. Don't expect it to make your hair pin straight like a straightener.

I got this one because it was the cheapest at the store where I wanted to order and I didn't intend to spend a lot of money, because I just wanted to try an electric brush. After washing and while drying my hair with the hairdryer, I use the electric one as well and I get the hairstylist's styling in just 5 minutes. Note that I have oily hair and I wash it every other day, so I really hate sitting for hours straightening it. It has served me very well. Really the most value for money purchase!
