Cleaning and sterilization of the pacifier:

Good hygiene of the pacifier includes frequent cleaning. The smaller the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene.

Before first use, the pacifier must be sterilized.

Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius. Therefore, latex pacifiers should NOT be sterilized in microwaves, steam sterilizers, UV sterilizers, or sterilization solutions.

Sterilization of the pacifier involves 3 simple steps:

• Place the pacifier in a clean bowl.
• Pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes.
• Remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry.

If water has entered the nipple (through its valve), use the towel to squeeze the nipple until the water is out.
