In general, it's a good product, worth it's money. There are two minor gripes:

1. The handle does get hot, even though it's behind a metal shield, so you will need mittens. The handle is plastic coated and it's held up okay so far.

2. The wire mesh at the bottom is too wide, so smaller pieces of charcoal can fall through. Stick with larger charcoal and you'll be fine.
