  I bought them for the first time even though I don't like the vitamins of this specific company, I saw a difference in my daily life but not like the corresponding ones I used to take from lamberts. The pills are quite big for swallowing. Also, the urine comes out very dark in color while with the others I used to take it wasn't like that. I don't think I will prefer them again, they are also more expensive.

  It is extremely dangerous in my opinion....
  Without having any health issues, it caused me increased heart rate, arrhythmias, and anxiety, after a few days... I had bought the package of 60, and while I had been taking vital Q10 for years, which is obviously and significantly superior...
  The reason I chose it was for a change to something else (my mistake) and based on the reviews which are inaccurate regarding its effectiveness... I should note that I was taking 1 capsule per day... the taste was nauseating and the capsule was huge like for elephants... and of course, the half or more box that was left, I buried it 2 meters underground....
  Furthermore, until I buried them, they did not undergo any alteration as some people write in the comments....
  STAY AWAY.... There are much better products than this one...

  I won't hide it, I haven't purchased the product yet as I am still researching. I was ready to buy the One-Per-Day from Life Extension, but before doing so, I decided to check out Solgar's solution since they are a well-known company in the field.

  Looking at the ingredients of the product listed on their official website - https://www.solgar.gr/product/polybitamini-vm-2000tm-tablets - I am surprised when a well-known multivitamin like this one has mistakes like the following.

  "Vitamin D2 (400IU, as ergocalciferol)"

  1) D2 is the plant version of vitamin D, which has only 10% absorption compared to D3. D3 is the animal form of the vitamin found in meat. With a quick search, we can confirm this.

  "D3 is approximately 87% more potent in raising and maintaining serum 25(OH)D concentrations and produces 2- to 3-fold greater storage of vitamin D than does equimolar D2."

  2) Then it only has 400IU when - again with a search - we can find from the NIH (National Institute of Health) of America that an adult can and should take 800 to 2000IU of D3 per day. "The recommended dose for neonates and infants is 400–600 IU/day, for children and adolescents 600–1000 IU/day and for adults 800–2000 IU/day [57].Mar 16, 2023"

  What's the point of having 400x2 of D2 (800) when they have ~10% absorption compared to D3? It's like taking 80IU, while the NIH tells you to take 800 to 2000IU, and recently there have been studies saying that 5000IU of D3 per day is perfectly fine without any risk.

  I understand that it's a multivitamin and it can't have everything, but just from this example, it suggests to me that something similar will apply to the other substances when they discount D, which is not only a vitamin but also a hormone.

  Compared to the One per Day from Life Extension, there is a big difference. It's 1 per day and provides 50mcg, which is 2000IU of D3, not D2. Obviously, it also has other substances that play a role, but I give importance to this as it is crucial for the average Greek who suffers from vitamin D deficiency as the statistics indicate, even though we are a country with plenty of sunlight.

  2. They are big, which also doesn't bother me, I just mention it for knowledge and because I agree with the others.
  3. Urine turns a fluorescent color after hours, I don't think it's concerning. It has to do with the dyes and ingredients of the pill. If it was white, maybe we wouldn't see a difference.

  I have been taking these specific vitamins for a long period of time, around 3+ years, with a few breaks. At the same time, for short periods of demanding work, and knowing the low absorption of vitamins by the body in general, I supplement with mollers and effervescent C&Zinc or previously C&Echinacea (winter). Exactly for the above reasons, I cannot give these specific vitamins 5 stars, as they work in conjunction with others. However, I feel/realize that these specific ones, the V2000 (VM2000) from Solgar, have supported me extremely well in my daily demanding work and are 100% worth their money. Their image has never changed over the years, nor has their characteristic smell, which impresses me as I have seen negative reviews about the product (I do not deny the experience of other users, it is respectable). I am posting photos of my own - inside and outside the packaging - after 3 weeks of opening the package. Anyway, for me, it is a very good multivitamin recommendation! P.S. I have second thoughts about whether the vitamins do not absorb moisture (water) inside the refrigerator, resulting in their deterioration! -- This is my personal opinion. Before taking any medication - even natural ones - consult your doctor!

I now understand why, because if I forget and don't take one, I feel a bit weak. It contains other elements besides vitamins.
