Stunning flavor of vanilla. With a little milk and the rest water (that's how I drink it), it's like the best milkshake of my life

Simple chocolate flavor, it won't blow your mind nor offend you.
Dissolves poorly in milk, lots of clumps, but in water it's fine.
My first experience with casein (even though it's just a little bit in it), I do feel my muscles pumped for a longer time after the workout, compared to whey where you lose the fullness after a while.
The big downside for me is that it makes me bloated. Especially in milk, I was bloated for quite a while. But again, in water I was only bloated for a quarter of the time, so yes, it's best to have it with water. Sorry bulkers.

I bought whey protein from GymBeam on 18/5/2022. When I mixed it with water or milk, the powder settled at the bottom of the shaker. It didn't blend well and had a flour-like texture in the mouth.
