Easy installation with free 1-week notifications. Then you buy a 100 euro package that should provide daily notifications for 365 days. After communicating with EZVIZ, it was confirmed that the notifications continue to come after the expiration of a package in the cloud, but they are not stored. The alternative is a micro SD card up to 512GB, which will store the entire history there.
There is instant notification in the application when you have Wi-Fi on, even with the slightest activation of the camera. If Wi-Fi is off, as soon as you turn it on, the notifications come. The notifications and recordings are encrypted.
The image is crystal clear, while the night vision is equally clear. You can take photos or videos or even talk to someone outside. Also, as soon as someone rings the camera bell, a call comes to your mobile and you can answer normally, speaking to the person outside. The battery is quite good, as with regular use of over 2-3% per day, it will not decrease.
Depending on the settings you choose, the battery lasts accordingly. Now we need to check how long the battery lasts in energy-saving mode with about 5-10 camera activations per day. I estimate at least one month. You can also select different time intervals from the application and combine certain hours to have energy-saving mode or full functionality, etc.
It offers exactly what a wifi surveillance camera does, for 20 euros. The only difference is that the camera requires a cable for power supply, while this one works with a built-in battery. They take advantage of this and sell it for 169 euros...!!!
Very good packaging, easy installation, clear image even in low light. Very good battery performance and everything is fine with the SD card.
Although I have fiber, it frequently disconnects and most importantly, it "loses" many motion detections even though I have set it to high sensitivity. Many times, someone has to come within a distance of less than a meter for the sensor to "receive" the motion indication and send a notification.
Excellent build quality, very good image quality on the FHD screen and even better through the application. The application is flawless with many settings that will satisfy everyone, the possibility of cloud storage for a fee, personally I have inserted a memory card and everything is perfect. Battery from 100 to 94 three days later with many hours of browsing from me and a lot of movement outside the door with children singing carols. Very satisfied with the purchase and installation is a very simple matter of 3 minutes. It's worth every penny, 100%.
I think this particular product covers everything it promises. Its installation is easy, provided that the door already has a peephole. If it doesn't, you will need to use a drill.
Its screen is not the most clear or high-quality, but personally, I use it minimally. It connects to the EZVIZ mobile application, through which you can monitor everything in real-time. Once you activate the relevant setting, you have the ability to receive push notifications on your mobile device every time the motion sensor is triggered. If someone rings the doorbell, you can answer directly from your mobile device, as it also has a speaker for communication.
The camera has a relatively wide horizontal field of view (especially compared to a typical peephole). The vertical field of view is not particularly large, which means that if someone gets close to the door and bends down, you may not be able to see them. If someone bends down and tries to tamper with the door, obviously you won't be able to see what they are doing at the lock. However, the camera will have captured them before they bend down to take the necessary actions.
The company has its own cloud platform (Cloudplay) for storing recorded videos, which, however, comes with a monthly cost (depending on how many days someone wants the videos to be stored for, with options for 7 and 30 days). In case someone doesn't want to use the platform, there is also the option of storing the videos on an SD card or a separate NVR recorder.
