  I will write an overall experience regarding the vitamins and how I use them in case it helps someone with the system I have. Generally, these are moderate to good and are okay for their price. I take the effervescent ones in combination with the Hair Force tabs from Frezyderm, Mollers Forte, and Almora Probio with electrolytes. Overall, I have issues with my gastrointestinal system, and this combination has helped quite a bit, along with some overall improvement that vitamins can provide. The reason I take both brands is that their combination has a bit of everything. Of course, as someone else has mentioned, don't expect miracles. It also requires a proper diet and at least a little walking if it's not easy to exercise. Overall, I would say that I have seen some improvement. If someone also has issues with anxiety, magnesium could be added to help with sleep. Generally, it requires caution, and it would be good to consult a specialist because everyone has different issues, and there should not be an overuse of vitamins. Also, it is good to stop taking them for a month every three months.

  I can't know about its effectiveness but theoretically at least it contains a plethora of elements and vitamins. It has a good price per capsule (daily dose) and because it is a pill you can take it quickly without waiting for it to dissolve like effervescent ones.   I don't understand those who take vitamins for "energy". Guys, they're not batteries, they're vitamins that the body utilizes differently. Any idea of energy is a placebo. So no, it doesn't stop working because the body gets used to it, and you don't need 2 just because you gained weight or muscle mass like I read from some people. There is no pill that will make you fly. We get energy from food. Which foods? Anyone who exercises already knows, and even those who don't know can easily find out with a simple Google search.
