I have worn them out for 2 years (service, running, posture, training). Only the plastic on the side came off (E and). After so much wear and tear, they still don't slip. If you don't mind getting wet or possibly tearing the fabric on the side, you can get them with your eyes closed.

It is the best choice ever, I will buy them again and again!! They do not slip in any exercise you do, they are stable as can be, great for running and outdoor activities, excellent! It was the best choice!

I used them about 3-4 times a week for amateur training at the gym (free weights) and once a week for crossfit training. I wanted a shoe that was relatively firm to provide proper support for exercises that involve weightlifting (e.g. deadlifts, squats, etc.), but not too stiff so that they wouldn't be uncomfortable for other exercises and for the duration of wearing them in general. This specific shoe combines these characteristics to a satisfactory degree. The sole does not slip (even during plyometric exercises) and you can use them both indoors and outdoors. On the other hand, the negatives, which are the reason I deducted 2 stars:
1/ They are quite narrow in the front part of the shoe. Combined with the elastic band on the heel that pushes the foot forward for stability reasons, it results in an uncomfortable shoe. When I tried a larger size, my foot was positioned further back than it should be, and as a result, it would shift with the pressure of the exercise and I would lose stability. When I wear them, I curse because they squeeze me, then during the exercise, I forget about it for a while, but when I take them off, I feel like my foot is finally free.
2/ Most of the materials in the shoe are quite warm, resulting in feeling too hot during all seasons except winter (it may also be because they are tight - as mentioned above).
I have now put them aside and had to get another pair for the gym. In summary, if you try them on and they feel good on your foot, they are an OK shoe that will do the job correctly for which it is intended.
