Turbo Mode
When the air conditioner enters Turbo mode, it maximizes the cooling or heating capacity, making the room cooler or warmer quickly.
Anti-Fungus Function
The air conditioner activates the Anti-Fungus function after the completion of cooling or dehumidification, in order to prevent the growth of fungi and harmful bacteria to keep your environment healthy and pleasant.
Horizontal Rotation
You can use the horizontal swing function to adjust the direction of the airflow, if you prefer the air from the air conditioner to blow to the side.
WI-FI
The Wi-Fi function allows you to control the Tesla air conditioner from a mobile phone or other smart devices. An option that adds convenience and comfort to your daily life!
Smart Defrost
If the condenser freezes while in heating mode during periods of low external temperature, the air conditioner will initiate the smart defrost function.
Eco-Friendly Refrigerant R32
It uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which is environmentally friendly and has 68% lower global warming potential compared to R410A. Additionally, R32 can deliver the same thermal power as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, meaning less refrigerant is required per unit. As a result, total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by approximately 75%. Another advantage is that R32 is not a mixture but a homogeneous fluid and can be more easily recycled and reused.
Energy Efficiency
The air conditioner belongs to energy class A++ for cooling and energy class A+ for heating (average zone). The energy class is measured on a seven-level color scale from A+++ to D, with class A+++ being the most efficient, while class D is the least efficient.
Additionally, there are the SEER and SCOP indicators, which more realistically depict the actual energy efficiency of air conditioners.
- SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is representative for the entire cooling season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required cooling to the annual electricity consumption (the annual cooling consumption is based on 350 hours of operation). Indicatively, for an air conditioner of class A and above, the SEER indicator is from 5.10w/w units and above.
- SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is representative for the entire heating season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required heating to the annual electricity consumption (the annual heating consumption is based on 1400 hours of operation). I have 2 Tesla split systems installed and I will be ordering a third one soon.
Very pleased with the Tesla HVAC SYSTEMS. However I believe is worth mentioning since it was purchased via Skroutz the very expensive installation service. I had to pay an additional 100 euros to the installer to install it, which brought the total cost of installation to 245 euros. Their installers on both occasions were very unprofessional and It's like, they are fighting the clock, and are more focused on tossing in the units as quickly as possible to move on to the next job, while charging extra for every little thing, and they don't focus on doing a good job.
A couple of months later the discharge hose started to leak into the living room and made a big mess… we called a different company to troubleshoot it and they discovered that the discharge hose was cut with a razor blade and not replaced. Instead the installer tried to patch it up with some tape that eventually got wet and it leaked into my living room floor. Furthermore any exposed pipes in the interior area from the air handler to the outside unit are left exposed and not covered with a conduit for aesthetic reasons. Completely unacceptable.. I will never order another installation service from Skroutz.- Heating performance

The fan on silent mode is completely silent and cools the room perfectly. The consumption on silent mode at 27 degrees is about 300-350W. Compared to an 8-year-old LG 9000 btu inverter, it consumes about half the energy at 27 degrees.

After a lot of searching, stress, and questions to experts, I bought the 18000 btu and because it couldn't be installed in the living room, it was installed in an 8 sqm room as a temporary solution due to the heat.
There are no words for this machine, I highly recommend it. With the door open, it even reaches the living room in Turbo mode.
It cools directly (the room is small) but in 1 minute it becomes ice cold at 27 eco mode and the fan at the lowest setting. (I sleep with a very thin blanket in July, Athens at 26-27 eco mode and sleep), but I emphasize that it is 18000.
It would work wonders in the living room.
The outdoor unit is quiet. My neighbor has an inverter, it seems to be a new technology, and when he turns it on, it is very loud for 3 minutes (no comparison, much louder than mine).
I have a Midea 24,000 in a 56 sqm space with a 4.4-meter ceiling in a commercial space, and it doesn't even come close.
The test is worth it and you will be convinced. Also, the technician is my cousin and works for an installation company (known for transformation and the only one that provides Tesla), he told me that out of the 6 installations he does per day, 4 are Tesla.
I will come back with more information when I install the 9000 btu in the room and figure out how to move it to the living room with the 18000.

Very positive that it has left-right movement in the blinds. It is not as slim as it appears in the photos but it is exactly as the dimensions say. Essentially, it is an Aux with some additional positive features. Power consumption ranges from 320 to 1100w/h. Its plastics are not perfect but neither are they like other taper-type ones. Let's hope that the 10-year warranty it provides will not be needed. It is only quiet when it enters that specific mode.

Did you find this review helpful?I just bought it from the only store (the "commercial" one) that has a very good price, free shipping, and low installation cost. I was searching for days to find a 12,000 BTU air conditioner in a specific size, with wifi, and if not an ionizer, at least an ionization filter at this price. I ended up with this one and so far I am very satisfied. It looks very nice and compact for a 12,000 BTU (both the indoor and outdoor unit | looks like a 9,000 BTU) and as a first test, it seems to do a very good job! I was torn between installing it in the bedroom or the living room, but in the living room, I have this huge box above the balcony door that will need to be removed and the air conditioner to be relocated when I change the windows (so extra costs for uninstallation, reinstallation, and repairs). That's why I decided to put it in the bedroom, which doesn't have such an issue. In about an hour, it made a nice "G" (bedroom, hallway, living room) and cooled everything down. Of course, at the 27 degrees I set it, the living room didn't become as cool as the bedroom, but I used the "ifeel" function and left the remote control in the living room to "sense" the temperature of that room. It actually made a difference. When I press the "silence" button, it makes a soft noise that doesn't bother me during sleep.
I just hope it's economical!!
