It seems to have some effect on milk production but contains a lot of sugar, so you can't drink too much. Taste-wise, it's nice. The quantity of the packaging is relatively small.

With mixed feeding, when my supply decreased, I struggled to produce and only saw a change of 5g from the very first day. On the second day, it reached 120ml, then 150ml, and within a week, it went up to 170ml. And a friend of mine (exclusively) pumped 300ml in just one week!
