  Purchased 11/2023 due to very good reviews.
  It operates in a northeastern municipality of Attica almost daily in winter (definitely for drying clothes) and several times in summer when the cursed south wind hits us.
  No complaints about performance, noise, or appearance. It is moved with some effort (since it does not have wheels) from room to room, wherever needed.
  It would deserve 4.5 or even excellent, if it didn't have an UNACCEPTABLE design for the water collection tank. It is smooth all around, without a handle or drainage spout, very small for the dehumidifying capacity of the device, and almost overflows before the float operates. Because it needs to be emptied frequently, you have to constantly juggle to avoid soaking the carpets/rugs on the way to the bathtub/shower/sink. Emptying into a bucket or the toilet is almost impossible without spilling half the water outside due to the lack of a drainage spout. In short, a tragic design, completely unsuitable for individuals with reduced coordination, mobility, or muscle strength.
  I wonder why no other reviewer warned potential buyers.

  It is a sleek machine that really works. I have tried others and was disappointed. I bought a second one just like it! I have had the first one for 2 years and it works perfectly. It is quieter than all the others I have bought, regardless of what the specifications say in dB. It collects more water than all the others I have bought, even from the larger 16-liter ones. A minor flaw is that it doesn't have wheels, and that it has a relatively small tank, but I can't help but give it 5 stars!!

  I have it in the bathroom and it works almost 24 hours a day when the humidity goes above 45. Excellent in all aspects, but after 2 years of use the little screen has gone bad and flickers, you have to guess what settings it has, probably the circuit doesn't have good waterproofing. It doesn't come into direct contact with water, it's high up, near the ceiling, it got damaged from the humidity.

  Note that I have no experience with dehumidifiers and this is my first purchase. In terms of aesthetics and ergonomics, it performs perfectly. The appearance is very beautiful and you don't notice it in the space. The wheels it has are of very good quality, they roll smoothly and easily, without damaging the floor. I would prefer the cable to be placed somewhat higher because many times it gets tangled in my feet while rolling.

  In terms of plastic quality, it is quite good but some areas could be better. When emptying the container, water runs from the entire top surface like from holes, it gets wet and needs to be wiped.

  In terms of functionality, it removes humidity where you want it. I only use the manual mode because it works very little and then stops, while the automatic mode works continuously, makes noise, and releases that annoying air. I haven't understood the difference and what you gain if you have it on automatic. I haven't understood what the night mode is either, as it also makes constant noise.

  The clothes drying function doesn't work miracles, but it definitely helps a lot compared to nothing.

  If I take a bath, there is a mess of steam and even if I open a window, a strange smell lingers. However, if I put the machine in the bathroom immediately after, it absorbs everything in a very short time.

  I don't have a major humidity issue where I live, but I believe the dehumidifier will help with home maintenance and mold prevention. I haven't used the cleaning and ionization function much, I will come back in the future to write if it helps with odors.

  Cleaning seems easy, as well as future filter replacement.

  In terms of helping to keep the house warm, I haven't noticed anything and I don't know if any dehumidifier can help with this issue. Maybe in areas with a lot of humidity.

  I use it every day in general. I deduct one star for the issue with the water container and the way it fills up during emptying, and for the cost, I think it could be a little lower.

  I purchased this specific dehumidifier to replace a 15-year-old Philco. After a lot of research, I ended up with the Q20L and so far it has proven to be an excellent machine. In terms of noise, it is extremely quiet on both fan settings, and the important thing is the following. The air flow is at 190m3/h (cubic meters per hour), according to the company, which makes it particularly effective and fast.

  In terms of material quality and assembly, it seems flawless at first glance, but time always tells. For those interested in placing it in spaces that will not have frequent access (e.g. vacation homes), it would be good to remove the HEPA filter so that the machine can work unobstructed, as this particular filter easily gets clogged due to its properties.

  I have had this dehumidifier for 2 years. It is very good at what it does (collects a lot of moisture), it doesn't make much noise, and it is relatively economical in terms of consumption. HOWEVER, I don't know if it happened to me or to others, but when there is too much humidity in the room, the dehumidifier leaks water at the bottom. In the first year (within the warranty period), I took it to the dealership in Nea Philadelphia and they barely touched it, saying that I needed to clean it frequently (for example, every week) with a vacuum cleaner on the grilles where the air passes through. They didn't admit that there was any problem with the device. One year later, we still have the same problem. Every time there is a lot of humidity, the device leaks water, even though we clean it twice a week!!! This negative review is mainly due to the behavior of the dealership, which didn't investigate the issue at all, cleaned it for 10 minutes, and blamed me for the problem...

  After two years of suffering with the Juro Pro Diamond dehumidifier, which is unacceptable, I will explain why.
  Noise at startup, as if some of its materials are loose.
  Unacceptable water tank, which spills when removed because it is open.
  Humidity meter deviation from the actual humidity by 8 to 10 degrees. You never know the actual humidity unless you have another meter. The response from the service was that it is normal.
  It does not lower the humidity below 55, and this is difficult.
  For all the above and many other reasons, I purchased the Kiihaus Alpha 20 lt Pro 15 days ago.
  It lowers the humidity very quickly.
  Accurate measurement.
  Works smoothly without noise.
  The WIFI is very helpful.
  The only negative for me is the difficulty in removing the tank.

  First time buying a dehumidifier. Overall very satisfied. I mainly use it to dry clothes in winter, even though it doesn't have a "drying function". Very easy to use. You adjust the desired humidity level and then you just need to empty the water occasionally (usually once a day, at most twice with a lot of clothes). The only downside is the container, which has a strange design and it's very easy for water to spill when you carry it to empty it.

  Awesome machine. It immediately reduced the humidity in a 106 sqm house, even in the furthest room it was +5% lower. After the second day, it hardly turns on at all, so the consumption is zero. Minimal sound, especially on the small staircase. A Morris mdb 16l that we had was still annoyingly loud, even on smart mode, sounding like an old refrigerator, and it took four times longer to work since it couldn't reduce the humidity. Plus, it didn't even measure humidity accurately

  In a house near the sea with a lot of humidity, it reached the desired levels very quickly! In combination with central heating at 17-18oC, it achieves the ideal atmosphere in a moderately insulated building with a northern orientation. It also does an excellent job with drying clothes!!! (in a room without heating). I haven't tried the ionizer function with the HEPA filter yet, but I believe it will have equally satisfactory performance!

  We bought it for a 46 sqm space. Overall, we are satisfied with the choice, it does its job well. It operates quietly, especially in night mode, allowing for comfortable sleep. Its construction is good, with quality plastic material.

  However, we have noticed some issues. Firstly, if you close the device to remove the container for emptying, it continues to drip. As a result, it collects some water at the bottom, so you have to put something there or clean it before putting the container back. It's a minor inconvenience, but still. Otherwise, you have to leave it for about 20 minutes to drip into the container before removing it.

  Secondly, the container itself is not well designed for emptying, it is not convenient to empty it in a few words.

  Also, it claims to be suitable for spaces up to 80 sqm, but I don't think that's true, as it operates almost continuously in our space. I would say it is probably suitable for spaces up to 60 sqm, not more. However, this may also depend on the internal layout. Unless they are referring to a single space that is a total of 80 sqm.

  So, I would say it is good, economical due to its low consumption, it does its job well and quietly. However, it lacks an ionizer (we knew that from the beginning) and with a price of 205 euros that we paid, I think it is slightly overrated.

  And something else you should know, it will take 2 consecutive days of operation to bring the entire apartment to the same humidity level, after that it starts to have some breaks in operation (it only turns on the fan to measure and then shuts off).
