    It is quite beautiful, it seems. Generally, I do not prefer this type of scratching posts/poles because they are quite short, and it is good to get something for the cat to stretch. I chose this one because the mushroom cap can be used for climbing and scratching. My cat loves it and uses it constantly for both play and scratching. I would say that it also helped that I sprinkled catnip on it, which the store included in the package anyway (without us asking for it). I recommend it!

    Also, a note that my cat is still small, so I don't know if he will continue to climb on it as he grows older.
