  Great positive surprise, considering that it was purchased for 11 euros about 2 years ago, when I started traditional shaving. I had bought it "temporarily," to decide whether I prefer open or closed type razors and to buy a more expensive one later. However, I still haven't changed it! I was afraid due to the low price that it would wear out, fade, etc., but it is like new, screws and unscrews easily, has a good grip, perfect weight and dimensions for proper handling, resulting in me never getting cut! Since I shave once or twice a week at most, I start with the open side working in the direction the hairs grow, and repeat with the closed side for against-the-grain shaving.

  IMPORTANT TIP:
  - If the beard has grown quite a bit (over 4-5 days), you will notice a big difference if every few passes you rinse the head by loosening and unscrewing it a bit, allowing water to penetrate the entire blade. With just a simple rinse while it is tightly screwed, some hairs that have entered the open type head do not come out, so with this trick, the performance never drops as you proceed with the shave. For the closed type side (which I use for the 2nd pass - against), the slight unscrewing during rinsing is not necessary.

  IN CONCLUSION:
  What makes a good razor is the feel in the hand (dimensions, weight, grip); more or less all offer similar safety while the differences in material quality I have noticed do not correspond to such large price differences. With this in mind, this one is a very honest choice, especially since it provides both types of head options. Just be careful, because there is the same brand on Skroutz with the same type of head on both sides and confusion in product photos/titles.

  GENERAL THOUGHTS ON TRADITIONAL SHAVING:
  Beyond the perfect result with the above razor, I enjoy all the benefits of the traditional shaving ritual with ten times the savings compared to before, because at some point, I got tired of spending a fortune on the replacement 5-blade Gillette Fusion (which yes, are UNMATCHED for up to the 2nd shave, but if you exceed 3 shaves, the feel and result are terrible while you easily cut and bleed). The cost for each (proper) shave was around 1.5 euros just for the 5-blade heads (even buying the best deals here on skoutz), while with the replacement blades in traditional shaving, the cost is reduced tenfold! I researched the topic online, watched many videos on YouTube, remembered my father when I was a child, and the die was cast!
  As for the quality of shaving, don't be fooled:
  - neither by expensive shaving soaps (the simple sheep soap is unbeatable, but the classic donkey milk soap from the supermarket, if you don't mind its size, makes perfect lather with the brush, plus you can cut smaller pieces to fit in the bowl)
  - nor by fancy blades (yes, the Japanese Feather Platinum are excellent, but only for one use; from the 2nd use onwards, the Greek Bic are superior in performance, both the Chrome Platinum and the simple red Astor that you can find for under 10 cents each. Also, among the best I have tried are the PERMA SHARP, which I think are Turkish).

  The best machine for this price but also beats more expensive ones! Personally, I found the switch convenient starting with the open comb and once I comfortably cut the hair of a week, I then use the closed for a second pass! With the closed, you can comfortably go against the grain without fear.

  It has both an open and closed comb. It is heavy. It screws nicely. Nice finish. I really like it and compared to the LORD, it is more high-quality in all aspects. Pay attention to the descriptions stating that it has an open and closed comb.

  Very good value for money. It is double-sided as it has both an open and closed comb for everyone's taste. I tried it for a month with the open comb and it kept clogging constantly! I believe that with a week's worth of growth, it will be excellent or even better
