    For some reason, the cast iron plate came with some kind of wax on the grill ring. As a result, I had difficulty cleaning and cooking as the wax did not come off easily and liquefied in the oven. After the first use (cooking burgers on gas stoves), its color changed significantly. This is not the first cast iron cookware I have in my kitchen, I have been using cast iron casserole, grill pan, and regular frying pan for years, so I am familiar with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining this material. In my personal opinion, this particular plate is not of good quality, nor is it worth its money. The above-mentioned items cost me 40E, 25E, and 10E (purchased abroad) and they are of excellent construction. Unfortunately, this specific plate is not.
