Because our baby struggled a lot with every meal since his first days, our pediatrician gave us probiotics and later, due to frequent and large spit-ups that would wake him even from sleep, she gave us this milk.
To prevent it from clumping, we put it in lukewarm water (not hot) and, as we saw in the comments here, we shake it vigorously after each spoonful.
He drinks it just fine, the spit-ups have indeed decreased, and he has 1-2 bowel movements a day, which is very normal. For our case, it was effective; the only downside is that it is very expensive.
The pediatrician recommended it to us because the baby has colic, but it made it worse.
It doesn't mix easily and it clumps very quickly, even inside the bottle. It's like a lump. The baby not only had colic, but also vomited!
The doctor recommended it to us because with her regular formula from the same company, the baby had reflux and many burps.
For a 17-day-old baby who does not breastfeed... But with this one, on the second day already, his stomach hurt after the meal and he had gas. He had diarrhea and the child would wake up every hour crying. Eventually, we reduced the amount of his meals.
Our two-month-old daughter is experiencing reflux with intense incidents during her sleep. With this milk, we have managed to address the incidents, the reflux has decreased significantly, and the child is also acting normally.

It is more difficult to mix compared to other milks, we add one spoonful at a time and shake the bottle to prevent lumps. Our bottles also have a cap that separates the bottle from the nipple, and with a gentle tap at the end, it rarely breaks.
The stools are darker, but it is normal.
After trying at least 10 different products, this specific formula saved us from a very serious issue of reflux and intense pain that our little one experienced after every meal, and it even helped us to discontinue extra medication. I won't go into detail, as it may just happen to be a perfect fit for our baby, but I will focus on three main points that anyone who hasn't found a solution to the problem should know.
a) This formula contains potato starch instead of corn or carob, which most A.R. formulas use, so it may sit better in your baby's digestive system in case other formulas don't work.
b) It is also hypoallergenic with hydrolyzed milk proteins, making it much lighter on the stomach compared to regular powders.
c) It dissolves very easily in water, better than any A.R. formula I have tried (7 in total), and it solves the problem of preparing the milk, which only those who have tried A.R. formulas know how disappointing it can be. It just becomes slightly thicker, so you can judge if you need a larger nipple for your case.
As a bonus, our little one drank it with great appetite from the very beginning, so I consider it a success in terms of taste.
After 3 months of completely eliminating our serious problem, I can confidently say that 5 stars are not enough for me.
Very thick for the child to drink, does not mix easily at all. It did not sit well with us, the regurgitation did not stop even if I moved the child to change his diaper or give him a bath after 2-3 hours as soon as I picked him up. I changed the milk and I was saved! I don't know, maybe it didn't suit my child.
It helped us a lot with reflux, we had serious regression and we reached up to 25 vomits a day, now the vomits have decreased to two or three, and this is with less than 30ml each time! This milk really saved us! And we had tried many anti-reflux formulas like Sanilac AR, Frisolac Comfort, even Novalac AR Digest and Allernova. In my opinion, because it is the only hypoallergenic formula with starch instead of carob, it feels lighter in the stomach and digestion, so it is easily tolerated and doesn't cause the child discomfort hours later
From the first day my baby tried it, the colic stopped. It dissolves well in water and doesn't cause constipation. The price is a bit high, we buy it for 17 euros (every 4 days), but it's worth the money.

We were drowning with regular milk, and there was also reflux, so the pediatrician recommended it to us. It took him a few days to get used to it and it caused constipation, but it passed. In order for it to dissolve well, the water must be lukewarm and the spoons should be added one by one. Now that he drinks 180 ml, which is 6 spoons, I add 3 spoons, shake well, and then add another 3 spoons and shake VERY WELL. Generally, it is very difficult to dissolve and it forms clumps, which obstruct the flow when it goes into the nipple. I would not choose it again as the first anti-reflux option
The evaluation of this specific product is completely subjective as every baby is a completely different organism.
Due to reflux, our pediatrician recommended it to us, and after using it, the reflux was reduced until it was completely eliminated, so the baby's organism functioned properly with this milk.

Very good for transitioning from first meals. Our little ones have been eating it for 10 days now and we are very satisfied with the transitions. The downside is that both of them have diarrhea and we are forced to change it.
Although the milk is supposed to be suitable for babies, in our case, it caused constipation to our approximately two-month-old baby. It is also very thick, which required us to find a more open nipple for the bottle. We changed it after a week.
The logic is for it to quickly thicken in the baby's stomach to prevent reflux, but it thickens quickly in the bottle as well, resulting in the baby not being able to drink it all. Dissolving it in water at 70 degrees and stirring well with each spoonful of powder helps it dissolve a little better, but there will always be clumps of milk left in the bottle. Be careful that one of the clumps doesn't block the nipple hole. Personally, I prefer to give regular milk and hold the baby upright for a longer time before laying them down, rather than giving them this milk.
