As it appears, the switch is up to 10 A, the switch and the socket have their own contacts, so either the switch opens and closes the socket or you connect it to lamps and the socket remains permanently open, depending on how it is connected.

The quality is not the best. The cable connection system is not the easiest to make a good connection, you have to open it further. It does not have an iron frame, its plastic is all. The system to hold it to the wall will show if it works (it's like hooks).

Update: I installed it, the installation was not very difficult, the hooks hold, but I would check them once a year to make sure they are tight. Anyway, being able to open and close the socket with a switch is a unique experience. I recommend it.

Update 7/2024: The switch started to feel strange, I don't trust it, it is not of good quality.
