The installation is relatively easy; it requires 3 12mm dowels with their screws and some wrenches for tightening the screws. There is no remote control; the speeds are adjusted from a switch on the motor, which, if placed high, requires a step stool to change the speed and turn it off. Of course, since it is not feasible for someone to keep going up and down to turn it off, either the plug will be pulled out or a switch will be installed in the socket that powers it. It has 3 speeds, and I have it set to the first speed at a height of 2.5 meters, as recommended by the manufacturer, and at a distance of 3-4 meters away, the airflow it provides is more than sufficient. I have removed the mechanism that rotates the fan because its installation was inconvenient, but since it is on a long balcony, the fact that it doesn't rotate doesn't affect much; however, it is better to have it installed so that it rotates. The noise level was measured at 48 dB from 4 meters away, at the first speed, and it is not that loud, but I think it bothers most people because it is continuous. For me, in front of the coolness it provides, I sacrifice the noise it makes.

It is very powerful and noisy even at low speed. Ideally, calculate it for a surface area of 30-60 square meters. The construction of the central mechanism seems sturdy and compact, but the protective casing is completely flimsy and easily gets damaged. For 50-60 euros, it is definitely a fair price, although the noise can be tiring.
