Just fine for the money.
I saw some have an issue with how the RGB LED lights up.
As soon as I connected it, it lit up immediately and you just turn the big knob for the brightness of the RGB.
Indeed, at low it makes a strange noise, but at full brightness, you can't hear anything. The colors are static, they don't change.
I bought the keyboard for 20€. I wanted a silent membrane keyboard with backlighting and a volume wheel. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't come with instructions. I went to the company's website and they didn't even have an online manual. It's not easy to adjust the lighting or the functions of the media keys. It's a hit or miss if you try to fix something, and if you mess it up, good luck figuring out what you pressed. I don't recommend it because without user instructions, the experience is not user-friendly.
Good construction, good response, I would like the RGB to be a little stronger, Greek-English characters.
The round button on the top right changes the sound of the media and also changes the RGB. There are no instructions in the packaging regarding this and it requires some searching. Perfect for the money.
It has modes for the lighting but it doesn't change colors, of course while it's on there is a static noise. It doesn't have a manual, the problem with this is that sometimes you accidentally press the wrong key with the FN and it changes its functions. For example, I don't know what I pressed but it made all the keys repeat when you press one until you release it. (Good luck figuring out what you pressed without a manual)
It's definitely not the best keyboard! But for 11 euros I think it's just okay and it has held up perfectly until today.
I wanted a keyboard that has illuminated Greek characters, like this one. I should note that I don't play games and I bought it solely for the illuminated keyboard so that I can type at night.
Cons:
- It did not come with a user manual in the package.
- The lighting of the keys cannot be adjusted to different shades. I wanted to have a uniform illuminated yellow color on the keys, but unfortunately, I couldn't find such an option. My daughter and I spent an hour experimenting to see if we could change the color of the keys. The colors are as they appear in the keyboard presentation image. The only thing I managed to do is adjust the brightness of the keys so that they don't flicker.
- The keys are quite noisy.
(To make the keyboard stay continuously lit, follow these steps:
By holding down only the large round button, the function alternates so that we can increase or decrease the volume or adjust the keyboard lighting. For the lighting, hold down the FN key and press the large round button repeatedly until the keys stay continuously lit. I struggled a lot to find this. I did it accidentally the first time and then couldn't do it again.)
Pros:
- Extremely competitive price.
- Bold, legible letters, with or without the key illumination.
- Illuminated English and Greek characters, which is rare even in much more expensive keyboards.
(For example, my daughter's mechanical keyboard has illuminated English characters, but not Greek ones.)
After a few weeks of use, I changed my initial review by adding another star.
At first, I was disappointed that I couldn't change the lighting of the keys. However, I quickly got used to it and now it doesn't bother me at all. All the characters (Greek and English) are clearly visible even in complete darkness.
It is truly a perfect value for money. It has withstood water and coffee spills. It has media buttons. The only "downside" is that it is a bit small for my large hand, resulting in wrist strain and sometimes finger discomfort. If you don't have a huge hand, I highly recommend it as the best option
