Description

Orbital polisher by Maxshine, with a 12V battery capacity of 2Ah. It is used for polishing, waxing, scratch correction, and rust removal from surfaces. It has a speed adjustment feature so you can set it according to the task at hand. The base vibrates and rotates simultaneously with a 9 mm eccentricity. These random movements of the base due to eccentricity prevent the development of high temperatures, reducing the risk of burning the varnish and causing damage.

General

The Mini Polishing System MN02 can be used as a dual action (a type of orbital polisher that moves simultaneously in two directions, thus offering more effective and uniform surface treatment) as well as a rotary polisher, simply by adjusting the base with one of the two eccentric adapters in 3 mm and 9 mm steps.

Enjoy continuous use with 2 batteries of 2000mA, as you can charge one while working, ensuring that the polisher will be ready when you need it. The speed is adjustable from the switch and ranges from 1000rpm to 7000rpm, which is displayed on the LED screen.

What is an orbital polisher?

The orbital polisher is a device used for applying polishes to metal components in order to reduce friction between their surfaces and increase their lifespan.

It consists of a motor and a shaft that rotates in an elliptical orbit. The shaft's orbit and the device's design create a continuous flow of polish that is applied to the surface of the metal component. Essentially, the polisher mimics the hand movement when polishing surfaces.

The package includes:

  • 1 mini polisher
  • 2 bases: 1 x Φ3 cm, 1 x Φ5 cm
  • 2 batteries 2000mAh, 12V
  • Battery charger
  • Two adapters for eccentric motion for 3 mm & 9 mm step

    • Heavy Cutting blue: Φ3×1.5 cm, Φ5×2.5 cm
    • Cutting green: Φ3×1.5 cm, Φ5×2.5 cm
    • Polishing orange: Φ3×1.5 cm, Φ5×2.5 cm
    • Finishing white: Φ3×1.5 cm, Φ5×2.5 cm
    • Long Wool purple: Φ3 cm, Φ5 cm

Should I choose a battery-powered or electric polisher and why?

The cordless buffer is portable and lightweight, making it ideal for applications in areas where access to a power source is not available. Additionally, it is usually quieter than electric buffers and does not require cords for operation. However, the battery life is limited and typically requires replacement, while its performance may decrease during use.

In contrast, the electric buffer provides greater power and performance compared to cordless buffers and is suitable for long-duration and frequent use. Also, there is no need for battery replacement.

The choice between a cordless or electric buffer depends on the frequency and duration of your use, as well as the requirements of your work.
