Masterpiece! Although I am not a fan of this genre of games (e.g. Demon Souls, etc.) and even though the game (as many have said) starts off quite slow and you may get bored in the first 15 minutes, after a while the atmosphere becomes amazing and it captivates you to the point where you don't want to stop. I have over 100 games in my computer collection and very little free time, but this is the only game I am playing at the moment. Congratulations to the creators of the game for confirming this and for their sales, which have surpassed 20 million.
The game is perfect.
From this game, the following things will be deducted from me:
1. The map of the game has the best map I have seen in terms of hidden or non-locations. It easily surpasses all open-world games, with paths that a regular person cannot find on their own. However, there are some things missing, such as not telling you how many items exist in each area. This results in the game becoming pointless at times.
2. The cinematics.
3. The impressive bosses.
The game is a masterpiece. As a fan of soulsborne games, I can say that compared to others, it is easier when it comes to bosses. Not to mention the open world, which alone deserves 5/5 stars. The only negative is that it will probably be difficult for new players of the series at first *SPOILER ALERT* since they will start without a map and will definitely get frustrated when trying to kill the Tree Sentinel in the .
Finally, my advice for new players is not to go to bosses from the beginning and to watch a tutorial on how to start correctly, so you can truly enjoy it
If you love the series, 9.5/10 (0.5 is lost in the unbalanced late game where suddenly everything one-shots you if you don't have 45+ vigor).

My honest review for Elden Ring.
Let's start with how I heard about the game from the world,
the world was saying that it was the best game ever made and from the trailers it seemed like it was true as it showed impressive monsters and landscapes, which is 100% true, the maps are the most impressive maps in a game that I have seen, the bosses in appearance are also impressive.
As for the story, it is quite simple, showing that you have it in a world with wars, mages, monsters, and gods, although the map has a lot of history behind it, it is not your own story,
your own story is simply to prove that you have a bigger one.
The gameplay is sometimes impressive, sometimes frustrating, on one hand you will have impressive movements that will help you level up your character, on the other hand, there are limitations on how many things you can carry, so if you want to have a shield, for example, you might have to sacrifice another ability, and the weight affects you and slows you down, also your weight is affected by your armor, so if you find a better piece of armor, it can make you heavier.
As for weapons, there is a great variety with different abilities that they have on their own or that you can add, but the negative is that each weapon requires its own upgrade, which limits you to a few weapons and this means that if you defeat something powerful, you may not be able to use the weapon it gives you if you don't have the required upgrades.
The combat now relies on your luck, when fighting a boss, with luck you will avoid its attacks, with luck you will damage it and defeat it.
One extra problem I found is that there are some clipping issues, like getting stuck inside walls and buildings, and this is unacceptable to happen in a game of 2022, the lock-on system is also subpar, instead of locking onto the dragon, it locks onto the minion.
In conclusion, it has its positives and negatives, it is not the best game out there as some say, but it is a good game.

The game is a masterpiece and the best single player on the market right now. However, for the computer, it's definitely not the best. The game faces major issues in the PC category because it has many crashes, constantly throws you out, and you need a PC with a 2060 RTX or higher to run it smoothly above medium settings. I would recommend it for console, but if you don't have one, make sure your system can handle it, so you can reduce the chances of crashes
If you liked previous titles from FromSoftware such as Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne, and Sekiro, then get it blindly. If you are new to the world of challenging games, get it only if you have a refund-supported platform. These games are not for everyone, as they require time and I understand if someone doesn't want to spend 3-4 hours of their life trying to defeat a specific enemy. It's not a 10-20 hour game, but 70+. So, those of you with limited time, think about it. Everyone else, buy it, you will enjoy it.

Runs on a 2016 system at medium-high settings with rx 480 i5 6500, 35-60 fps, 35-49 in open areas and 60 in closed areas.
Great voice actors.
Very good story that doesn't hold your hand, but you need to invest time to unfold it in your eyes.
A wide variety of bosses, great design, and amazing background music.
Many new gameplay mechanics such as jumping, horse riding, fast travel, etc.
Negatives:
Some stuttering, even on systems like 3080, 3070ti.
The world is quite large and some who liked the linear style of previous titles like Bloodborne or Sekiro might find it chaotic. Personally, I don't have an issue with it, I just wanted to mention it. Essentially, we're talking about an open world Dark Souls.
Update: I finished it and saw almost everything it has to offer in terms of new things, missions, and unique bosses. 131 hours of enjoyment. And level 140 player. I hope you enjoy it. Hopefully, there will be DLC in the future.

I am reviewing the Launch edition as a package.
I received it today, beautiful box, glossy, and the folders inside are equally interesting. The contents are what make this (in my opinion) the best edition you can get if you're not going for the Collector's/Deluxe edition.
The postcards are very well printed, as is the poster, although it is relatively small, it is simply a decoration on a desk. The stickers are nothing special, but they are not disappointing, while the patch is really nice. Obviously, being a Steam key, there is no steelbook/CD, but the folder that contained the game has the artwork of the console boxes, and it is not just a piece of paper with the key.
I cannot recommend the game without having played it, but as for the editions, I would recommend investing in this one if you are already going to enjoy the game.
Obviously, it will be available until stocks run out, so hurry!

After 90 hours in Elden Ring, I can honestly say that it is a landmark game for the industry. We're not talking about graphics, technical aspects, sound, etc., as that is not where the essence lies. It is relatively beautiful, although it doesn't look as it should for a game in 2022.
The thing is, it offers an experience that truly has no precedent. I have played and completed all the previous Souls and Sekiro-Bloodborne games, and I truly have no words. You may have heard that it's like they took things from all the previous games and combined them into a new, massive Dark Souls on a gigantic scale. And they have indeed achieved that without the game feeling empty or boring ANYWHERE.
Shall we talk about weapons? Armor or magic? I have almost 100 hours and I am still finding NEW things, my friend, it's truly extreme. They have enriched the combat and the ways you can approach your environment to the point where you get lost because you don't know what to use first. The magic has gone wild, and you can EASILY complete the game exclusively with it (faith or int build), as well as with a combination of any melee or ranged weapons. The weapon arts, that is, the abilities that a weapon can adopt, are numerous and game-changing. Overall, very satisfied with the combat and equipment.
Its world is simply otherworldly, it is initially ENORMOUS, and with the exception of the catacombs and some arenas that have similar ones, it is worth exploring and finding areas that you wouldn't believe they managed to fit. I mentioned earlier that the graphics are not particularly impressive, however, the game truly manages to convey a beauty that almost takes your breath away without crazy lighting, without next-gen tricks, etc. Something that I consider quite difficult. Exploration and the way you progress in this world is more than half the game, without getting tiresome ANYWHERE. I don't want to say anything else because if you're still reading, you will probably play the game, and I want you to discover its secrets yourself.
As for its music, it is classically (pun intended) phenomenal, with an orchestral OST that elevates the game, the world, and the bosses. The changes that accompany the areas of the map are pleasant and often describe the feeling that the area itself creates without needing to see it. (The feeling of dread in Caelid, the loneliness of the first area, the wrath of the Capital). The use of it is successful, although it doesn't do anything innovative.
The enemies are constantly different, with their own movements without copying anything else in the game, except for some (mini) bosses that become regular enemies in variation in some areas in the endgame.
The negatives that I want to point out are that for PC, you will find some optimization issues, and generally your system may struggle to maintain stable frames in some areas. There is a bit of stuttering, an occasional crash which is normal, although compared to the Day One experience, they have improved (you couldn't play the first few days due to frame drops). Also, WHY, OH WHY, DOESN'T IT HAVE 21:9 ULTRAWIDE support? It's ridiculous not to have the option at least for the enthusiasts to change the aspect ratio! And even more ridiculous is that sometimes the game doesn't load the bars in the corners of the game and it looks as it should, but it adds them ON ITS OWN after a while. I imagine it has to do with the game's performance, but it's really disappointing that there is no fix/support yet.
The PvP, although enriched with all the known tricks, remains mediocre due to the insurmountable lag which unfortunately, at least for me, ruins the experience. (I have a decent network, the game's net code is a bit trash.) However, in co-op, it's relatively fine.
In summary, if you liked the previous games, buy it with closed eyes and you won't regret it. The experience of Elden Ring is something that I don't think I will experience again in my gaming "career," along with the pre-hype release, the lore, and the community. If you are new players, I would recommend playing some Dark Souls to acclimate yourself, as it is quite challenging in the open world and doesn't help you at all. I hope you have a good time!
