The cable quickly broke at the end where the plug is located and frequently experienced interruptions. Additionally, the sponges wear out quickly and are hard to find. Despite having good sound, it is cheaply made.
It is very beautiful and gives a retro style on you. Absolutely beautiful in my opinion. The sound is very good and balanced, which truthfully I did not expect at first glance from their build quality. The bass is perfect and also balanced. The only "downside" is that they do not isolate the sound of the external environment and others can hear the music you are listening to, but it doesn't bother me that much to tell the truth.
+ They also have a very nice feature where they fold, so they take up much less space.
They hurt a little if you wear them for a long time and if you have the volume on full, people around you can easily hear what you're listening to, but overall I like them. The sound quality is also quite good
I had the same ones for over 10 years. Throughout all these years, I only changed the earbuds twice. In the last month, after enduring many strong pulls that the cable had received over time, the cable no longer made good contact at the corner of the plug, causing the right earbud to cut out. Of course, I replaced them with the same pair without a second thought. They are amazing headphones, lightweight, and with high-quality sound.
Strange how deep and tight the bass is on these open-back headphones, full, warm, balanced sound. There really isn't anything I don't like about these 32 euro Koss headphones.
I got them after reading the comments, the sound quality is really amazing, both in songs and movies! I didn't want noise cancelling, so I don't mind that they don't completely isolate external sounds. They are very lightweight, and you can adjust the tightness from the side, they are super portable as they fold up easily when you close them.
The only negative thing I would say is that the adjustment on the side changes easily, so when I take them off, I have to be careful not to close them and I have to put them back on again in the light.
They also have a cable, so they are not suitable for a lot of movement, like work, running, etc. They are for relaxed situations!! But the sound, on another level!
Very good sound and soundstage.
Good build quality but mediocre cable. If it ever breaks and you don't want to bother sending it for service for any reason, I recommend the following Mod:

Retro 80s headphones made by Koss for 35 years now, very good sound but just like with the KSC75, the quality of the wiring is terrible and after some time they stop working.
I don't have much to say about the sound. It is open, so you can hear everything around you, which is not ideal for someone trying to sleep next to you. However, it has a warm, rich sound - especially for speech, videos, and streaming, I find it satisfactory.
It is the lightest and most comfortable headphone I have worn. However, the pads they have are very thin. After 8-10 hours of continuous use, you may feel some pressure on the outside of your ear. But if you put thicker pads on them (see YAXI ~12€ from kopfhoererboutique), you forget that you are wearing them.
The switch they have, Light-Firm, seems more like a decoration to me. Personally, I don't see any difference, and many times it changes position on its own. The size is easily adjustable from the clips on the top. Very compact - they fit in the palm of your hand when folded. Short cable, around 1m, and quite thin, so it requires attention and no abrupt movements.
I will also say a few words, because I believe their value is known. I have had them for a very long time and I haven't worn them for many years because I no longer listen with headphones. What I can say, as far as I remember from when I first bought them, is that you cannot find any real flaw in their sound and they are also very comfortable. They have bass, but their main characteristic is the musicality and the wonderful sound color that makes you enjoy the music. Their current price (~35 euros) is very low for headphones that offer such musical pleasure. Headphones that are almost foolish to analyze the individual elements of the sound they produce because it doesn't make sense. The musicality, which is hard to find elsewhere, and the exceptional sound color, are the hallmark of their sound and that is enough and more.
By far the most comfortable headphones I have worn for extended use, even while wearing glasses. They are not suitable for listening to music on the subway, airplane, etc. as they do not provide good external noise isolation due to their design, but personally, this suits me in an office environment. The lifetime free service (which I tried after 3 continuous years of use) makes them worth the extra money they ask for.
I have them since 1988. I had bought them for 32,000 drachmas, around 100 euros today, with the difference that my salary back then was 45,000 drachmas. They have a lifetime warranty and my dealership has replaced the pads and the cable-jack free of charge many times. Simply excellent.
Pros: Their sound. INCREDIBLE! Musical, and very satisfying. "Full", enjoyable (a bit "rounded" of course) bass, sweet ("luminous") mids, and somewhat "dark" highs - which is considered positive since they forgive mediocre recordings and don't tire during long listening sessions. I imagine that in headphones of this category, one does not expect tremendous resolution, tonal balance, or soundstage (unless they sacrifice everything else I mentioned). It is worth mentioning, however, that these Koss headphones replaced my beloved (for a decade now) Beyerdynamic dt531.
They are also extremely lightweight and comfortable headphones. Difficult to tire the ears or head.
Cons: Build quality and appearance. The two black clips on the U broke in the second year, and a few months ago, the cable started having issues (until one channel completely disappeared).
Somewhere I read that this particular model has been released unchanged since the 80s. A pride for the company, but they definitely look cheap and outdated (others call them "retro").
They are also the only headphones that have tangled my hair so many times and so badly.
Bottom line: I highly recommend them to those who can sacrifice aesthetics, build quality, and a few hairs from their head for the sake of sonic enjoyment.
I was also considering getting a new pair myself, but with the prices I see here (I bought mine for 27 euros from Germany in 2010), I will probably end up with the dt235 for everyday/ outdoor use.
KOSS for me is possibly the best headphone company in the world!!! In all its models, it is a benchmark. No matter which headphone of theirs you use, you automatically transport yourself to another world, a magical one. However, I have a complaint. I bought this pair today and paid 69 euros for it!!! Now I am upset to see it at retail for 44.46 euros.
