Amazing performance with quiet operation. Impressively quiet even with the 24,000 BTU external unit! Personally, I installed it in a living room-kitchen of 75 square meters and I have a problem! Because we have excellent insulation (shell), it turned out to be too powerful, so I only use it on the first setting and for a minimal amount of time during the day (1-2 hours if it goes above 37 degrees Celsius outside). Purchased 1 month ago with the purchase receipt (end of June purchase, with a 10-year warranty). I will have to sell it and get the same one with 12,000 BTU. In the photos, you can see the living room-kitchen that cools down within 5 minutes on the low setting... (!!)

They were installed in 2 bedrooms, one small which cools down the temperature very quickly by 7 degrees to 25 and maintains a very pleasant atmosphere. Set at 27 degrees, it mostly functions as a fan afterwards. The other bedroom is large, about 23 square meters, and it cools it down equally fast. The only thing that can be heard at times is some compression noise, but I consider it normal.

The air conditioner works very well in cooling our very large room, I haven't tried it for heating yet, but I expect it to work well. Performance in heating is quite good in an 80sqm house, it adequately heats all the rooms.
In auto mode, when it reaches the desired temperature, it reduces the fan speed and in the meantime, until it increases again, there are some noises coming from the plastic parts.
The outdoor unit works relatively quietly.
Overall satisfied, although it's still early, I will come back regarding the cooling function.

Did you find this review helpful? The air conditioner is brand new. I have had it for two weeks and it was installed in a bedroom to replace an old cheap air conditioner. So far, I have been using it for heating. It is very good in terms of its features and the technology it has, but it has one disadvantage. The indoor unit makes various noises during operation, and they are quite loud. In my opinion, these noises are due to contractions and expansions of the construction material, which are not justified for the type and value of this particular air conditioner. I note that I am not bothered by the sound of the airflow, which is almost inaudible in the Low position, but the vibrations are particularly annoying. I contacted the company (Inventor) and informed them about the problem. The response was immediate! The next day, they sent me two technicians (refrigeration technicians), who, after identifying the problem, fixed it to a satisfactory extent (all moving parts and connections were lubricated). Unfortunately, after a few days, the same issue with the vibrations started again, so now I turn it off at night in order to be able to sleep.
