    I cancel and delete the negative review and make it positive, giving it 3 stars for now because there was an issue (it happened to me in the end) with the plate, but it was replaced and since then it has been working well and has not presented any problems.
    These things happen, what can we do.
    Regarding the fryer, I have to say that the quality is more or less the same as other similar ones and overall it heats up as it should and on time. It fries cod, calamari, and small fish quite well (I mainly use it for fish).
    Note: If it shuts off due to overheating, there is a reset button behind the thermostat that can be restored with a toothpick and it works normally.
    Note 2: If anything comes up, I will update.
