Organic tricolor lentils in a 500g package. Tricolor lentils make for an ideal and complete meal for salads. They are a colorful combination of lentils, rich in iron and dietary fiber. They provide all the nutrients of lentils as well as a wonderful appearance on your plate.

Tricolor lentil recipe:

• 500g tricolor lentils
• 1 fresh onion
• Colorful bell peppers
• 1/2 bunch of parsley
• 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Salt, pepper

Preparation:

We sort and rinse the lentils. We boil them over medium heat for about 25 minutes. We drain and place them in a bowl. We add all the chopped ingredients from the recipe and gently mix the salad.
