• Two teaspoons

The MUC-01 bread maker is equipped with 12 automatic programs that ensure perfect bread baking results - from nutritious and hearty whole grain bread to gluten-free, French, sweet, and toast bread.

With the MUC-01, you will make dough for delicious pasta, pizza, cakes, and jams.

Whole grain bread recipe:

• Ingredients: 400 ml cold water
• 2 large tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 level teaspoon of sugar
• 2 small teaspoons of salt
• 400 g whole grain flour
• 60 g whole grain flour
• 10 g fresh yeast
• ½ cup sunflower seeds

Place the ingredients in a bain-marie, crumble the yeast in the middle of the flour to avoid contact with the sugar and salt. Place the mold in the machine. Select a bread weight of 900 g and start the "WHEAT" program.
