The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because after 2 years one of the two earbuds came apart and opened. I used them very regularly, meaning I used them every day for at least 4-5 hours for 2 years. In all other aspects for the price, I am really very satisfied with the performance, the sound, the appearance, everything is very good.
I got them for 80 euros, now that they cost 120, I don't know how much I would recommend them
Value for money. I wear them daily for work calls and they are excellent. Also, very good sound for music (daily use for 8 months now)
They gave them to me as a gift with the 55' TV, I didn't expect to have this sound quality on calls, awesome earpiece, fits perfectly, I use them with xiakmi poco x3 pro.

From the 2nd day of purchase and after an upgrade requested through the application, problems with disconnections started during conversations, even from the application itself. My phone is an iPhone 11 Pro, 2 months in continuous communication with LG, and I still haven't resolved anything. I come back with the result that LG offered me a gift voucher of 50€, which I did not accept and threw away
I chose these specific headphones because they have very satisfactory reviews and because of the short stem that makes them very stable and discreet in the ear. They are very efficient and immediate in any function (quick connectivity, touchpad controls, battery power) and the very small case ensures very good and hassle-free portability. The quality of the microphone and sound is particularly good in all frequencies that one expects to reproduce with a device of this size. A particularly high-quality product that is worth its money.
