The best thing is the iron it contains, because it is bisglycinate and does not cause constipation, which I experienced with other well-known pregnancy vitamins. The size of the tablets is excellent and convenient, as they are tablets instead of capsules.
All my tests are okay. I am almost in the 9th month and I decided to inform you after they have been tested for so many months. If you have any major deficiencies, you may definitely need to supplement with individual vitamins.
There are 2 vitamins on the market, with the same name, one with vitamin A and fumaric iron, and the other without vitamin A and with bisglycinate iron, which DOES NOT CAUSE constipation and is more absorbable. Also, one is 4 pills per dose, the other is 2. So, search to find the second one. I found it in a local store in my city.
Vitamin A is toxic for the embryo, so you should be careful about how much you take from food
I am pregnant and I haven't seen any difference in my blood tests since I started taking this specific dietary supplement. Overall, I like the company, although in countries like Bulgaria they import the American version of the prenatal supplement, which contains a huge amount of vitamin A (which can harm the fetus) and some coloring substance. I have attached 2 screenshots of the contents of the supplement from a well-known pharmacy chain in Bulgaria. I bought it from Greece, where they import the UK version, but this difference in ingredients depending on the country made me skeptical about the quality of the product.
