Unacceptable.
It doesn't charge and doesn't turn on. The light blinks and it beeps every now and then when it's on the base, no reaction other than that.
The manual doesn't mention anything about it.

Get a Xiaomi so you don't suffer unnecessarily

I bought it, went home, and unfortunately spent half the day and I couldn't get the vacuum to work. I put it to charge and while the red light is blinking, it constantly beeps after every 14 blinks of the red LED. The instructions do not mention anywhere what might be going wrong or what the beep means, nor did I find any relevant instructions on the Rowenta website. Unfortunately, the product is currently difficult to use and I will have to contact the store where I bought it to help me resolve the issue. I hope the product I bought is defective.

It has cut the motor cable twice.
Today it broke and the sensor for the stairs.
You can't indicate a point where you don't want it to go, resulting in it getting stuck.
You can't send it somewhere to clean.
Overall, it's not worth someone buying it

Initially, it does not map. That is, it goes wherever it wants and does whatever it wants according to its whims. You cannot set it to avoid certain areas, resulting in having to move it every time you want it to clean. The company misleads by saying that it maps, meaning that it simply shows you in the app which areas it has cleaned each time. It does not have the ability to save a map.

Secondly, the app does not work for more than five consecutive minutes. That is, you cannot even see which areas it has cleaned.

You cannot make it clean while you are away because it gets stuck everywhere.

Also, it does not clean well at all. It goes over the dog's fur and simply pushes it further.

The only thing that works is the staircase detector, which means it does not fall down stairs.

It's a shame I spent 300 euros and I have put it on a ten-month installment plan. And I will be the one paying for it and cleaning.
