Stay away! I have had it for a year and luckily I waited a long time to leave a review for the product. After 1 year of use, its power significantly decreases to the point where it consumes electricity for no reason. In the beginning, it was very good and heated a large room very well, but now it does nothing. Oh, and the fan sounds like a broken tractor after a while, and if you have it on, you can't even hear the television. So, I decided to retire it
Very good device and at a good price. In a 30sqm room that I use it, it quickly heats up the space (I'm not referring to days when the temperature is very low, nor in cases where the insulation is not good). Obviously, the more you use it, the more you will see an increase in the electricity bill (so it's good to use it sparingly). As for the noise, it sounds somewhat when the fan is running. Otherwise, it is quiet.
We were forced to get this machine because our air conditioner broke down and in order to avoid freezing, we bought this machine so that we could stay warm while sleeping. The room we placed it in is 20 square meters.
I was initially excited about the fact that it has a fan and that it would heat up the room faster, but the temperature sensor is located near the fan, resulting in it measuring the heat from the air that the fan blows out, and therefore not showing the correct temperature. For example, if we set the temperature to 23 degrees and turn on the fan, in less than 2 minutes it will show that the temperature is at 23 degrees, even though the actual temperature is not even 14 degrees. The same thing happens without the fan, but it takes longer. Meanwhile, the fan works so slowly that you can barely feel any air coming out. The only way I found for the machine to work and be able to heat up the room (as much as it can) is to set the temperature to the maximum of 45 degrees. However, this results in the thermostat never turning off and the machine not shutting down and continuously burning.
It also claims to heat up to 36 square meters, but it doesn't even heat up my 20 square meter room. I don't believe that neither this nor any other machine of this kind can heat up a room enough for you to sit or sleep comfortably. Although it states in the instructions that it requires a well-insulated room or should be used occasionally, I can't accept that it can't raise the temperature even by three degrees during three hours of operation at 2,500 watts, even if the room is not well-insulated.
Having tried this, as well as oil-filled radiators and mica technology radiators, I believe that none of them can adequately heat up the room, plus they burn a lot of electricity and the result is that you don't get warm and you end up paying a high electricity bill. At least if it heated up and the bill was inflated, you could say that something happened. But to pay and not get warm?
Therefore, I consider and have proven that the best machine to warm up and the most economical in terms of consumption and performance is only the inverter air conditioner. I will keep this machine for now since I don't have anything else at the moment to do the job (if it heats up), and when I can, I will buy an air conditioner. I hope I helped so that other people don't have to waste their money!
I opened it every two days for 3 hours for a 14sqm room to break the chill a bit, it did its job until the bill came, a terrifying increase... It broke down in 2 weeks, including the heater... I didn't fix it since I will never use it again... The classic lamp heater is more efficient and cost-effective for me in terms of electricity bill.
