Additional details:
-I raise it to 5 stars because after testing with a usb-tester, the usb-a port properly supports QC2.0 and QC3.0 up to 12V. It may be a compatibility issue between companies that the power bank (which is from Baseus) doesn't draw enough power. (Edit: the confusion arises because Xiaomi is one of the few companies that supports QC3+ while the power bank only supports QC3.0.)
-The usb-c port in QC3.0 provides up to 20V (goes higher). This is evident in the photos with the protocols.
It does not support Huawei Supercharge but supports older Samsung AFC and Huawei FCP.

1st review:
-It has 2 ports, one usb-c at 33W and one usb-a at 27W when each is used alone.
-The usb-c is very useful and is the main value of the charger.
It supports power delivery 20V/1.65A to charge a 65W Lenovo laptop when the laptop is off, because otherwise it doesn't reach enough for battery and laptop usage simultaneously. Nevertheless, it is very useful for outdoor use.
It also supports power delivery pps (dynamically changing voltage) up to 11V/3A and charges a Xiaomi phone that operates with 33W charging.
-It does not display the mi turbo logo on all Xiaomi phones. For example, the power delivery 33W shows the logo only with the 33W type-a charger along with the cable from the box, but the milliamps they draw are exactly the same.
-The power delivery 67W will show the logo on both usb-c and usb-a because they use the qc3+ protocol of usb-a.
The more expensive the modern Xiaomi phone is, the more compatibility there is with older protocols.
-One star is deducted because the usb-a is only useful for specific older models of Xiaomi phones. It is like a locked proprietary Xiaomi port. In the test to charge a power bank with quick charge, it did not provide more than 10W.

  I bought it for €12.40 from a local store in my area.
  The model AD332EU from NanJing CukTeck for Mi is the BHR4996GL.
  It has 2 ports, one USB A and one USB C.

  ATTENTION:
  Only the USB C port supports the voltage of 11V 3A for 33W for the XIAOMI Mi 10 T lite, so you will need a USB C to USB C cable.
  I bought a 2-meter cable with a maximum of 100W (20V 5A) for €7.5,
  I made the mistake of buying a USB A to USB C cable with a maximum of 3 Ampere first, and finally, I read in the instructions that the USB A supports only the following outputs:

  5V 3A 15W
  9V 3A 27W
  10V 2.25A 22.5W
  12V 2.25A 27W

  while the USB C supports the following outputs:

  5V 3A 15W
  9V 3A 27W
