The best iron I have ever bought! It is a bit expensive compared to what I used to buy in the past, but it is worth the money! Great steam performance, very good cleaning system, and overall it is my right hand because I iron large quantities as well as sheets - white items.
Amazing product. It is worth 100% of its price. It has a boiler at the base, behind the water tank. The boiler has a screw cap, to drain the water, for example, once a month and to clean it from the minerals. It is perhaps the only one with a 5-year factory warranty. The cheaper ones, around €120, are not worth it because they only have a 2-year warranty, a little steam, and a boiler in the iron plate. I had one like that, and after 2-3 years it broke down, and they told me the repair was not worth it (fault in the plate and circuit board).
In 7 months it stopped working and has been sent for repair...
Update 01/12/24. The iron was not repaired and they sent me a new one in September. After 3 months the iron is producing rust while ironing. The instruction from Singer was for the water to be half deionized and half tap.
I bought it blindly, since it has a 5-year warranty. We have had it for about 6 months and it works perfectly. Steam? You can even boil broccoli with it.
Excellent ironing system! It produces a lot of steam, it is very powerful, in case of creases you pass it one more time and it disappears. It makes ironing a very easy job that for many is boring! Curtains, shirts, baby clothes in half the time and more than the previous steam iron I had from Tefal. For me, it's worth every euro! I have it for a month and I am very satisfied! I hope I helped!
