Stay away from this specific phone. 60 euros wasted. It doesn't even have the basics. You can't even change the ringtone, which even landline phones from the 20th century have. It doesn't show who is calling on the external screen, it just flashes a little phone, so it forces you to answer with a button because if you open the cover to see who it is, you automatically answer. The sound is low everywhere, in the ringtone, in the speaker. If the elderly person doesn't hear well, forget it. Stay away. Wasted money.

  I bought the first one and in a few months the battery inflated so much that it broke the cover. I couldn't find a replacement battery anywhere, so I bought the same one again because I liked the design. Now it doesn't work, probably the battery doesn't charge. Within 10 months. If I have to change it every year, I wouldn't recommend it.

  It was purchased in June 2022 for my 74-year-old mother. Almost 1 year later, on 02.08.2023, the screen completely turned off and the phone is now useless. The biggest disadvantage while it was functioning was its battery. It needed to be charged every day, even with minimal or no use. Its operating system was equivalent to that of a 20-year-old phone. One would expect even these basic phones to have evolved a bit, not necessarily smartphones, but they could have been easier to use in terms of storing contacts or writing and deleting messages. Unfortunately, all phones in this category are of very poor quality with limited lifespan.

  2. Attention...it doesn't play mp3...what does that mean? It has all and all 5 unacceptable ringtone sounds...so even if you put an extra memory card to add a mp3 ringtone, the file simply won't open...unfortunately, I fell for it.

  The phone only works for calls from elderly people. It has a large screen and is practical with a flip cover so the buttons are not pressed accidentally. It has 3 emergency memories and can call directly by pressing one of the 3 selection buttons with the stored numbers. The battery is moderate and it has a very good wireless charger, so the user does not need to plug it in to charge. It can be placed on the base and charged without cables. I tried to load names with Bluetooth but I couldn't do it, I found it relatively easy to store names and phone numbers, you just need to have time.
