There are now two 24mm options in the I series. The 24mm is a very popular wide-angle focal length, and each of these lenses has its own advantages. The new 24mm F2 DG DN | C is an addition to the I series lens lineup with a fast f/2 aperture, alongside the 35mm f/2 and 65mm f/2 lenses. The 24mm f/2 DG DN | C is the larger of the two lenses due to the optical design requirements for creating an ultra-sharp, wide-angle prime lens with a faster maximum aperture.
