For the preparation of 1 liter of ice cream:
the entire contents of the packet (125g) & 600ml low-fat milk (1.5%)
- Empty the contents of the packet into a deep bowl.
- Heat 300ml of the milk to at least 80°C, stirring continuously, and add it to the bowl until all lumps are dissolved.
- Add the remaining milk, cold, and stir for 5 minutes.
- Pour the final mixture into suitable molds and place in the freezer.
- Stir the mixture approximately every 30 minutes to achieve a soft texture.
