Recipe for 1lt ice cream:
- 1 package NoCarb Ice Cream Mix Powder
- 600 ml low-fat milk 1.5%
Preparation:
Pour the powder into a deep bowl, stirring continuously, add 300 ml hot milk (at least 80 degrees Celsius) and mix until there are no lumps.
Then add 300 ml cold milk and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable container and place it in the freezer.
Stir every half hour until you reach the desired texture (2-3 times).
1 package = 120 g ice cream powder.
The resulting ice cream, about 1lt, is family-sized, enough for 4 people.
