  I bought the product in 2018. Very sturdy construction. After so many years of intense daily use with over 2,500 coffee doses, I can definitely say that the only negative is the noise of the water pump for making coffee. However, it has a very fast and quiet heating. The nozzle has excellent capability for good frothy milk, even for hot chocolate. Cleaning the machine is a bit demanding, as if bottled water with low sodium is not used, it easily collects salts in the water tank.
  Overall, I am very satisfied with the delonghi company and I am looking for the next coffee machine purchase immediately.
