Durable and elegant. It doesn't retain odors, as expected. Maybe a little difficult for a young child to open.

Excellent quality in everything I have, for children it might help to make it more attractive with designs like the ones on the amazing cups and thermos. It would be perfect if there was a separator, but it remains ideal with no rust, good closure, no lingering smells, and it cleans very easily.
