    For someone who is just starting out and is in a bulking phase, it is exactly what they need. It is a dirty protein because it also contains carbohydrates, which helps you gain mass when you don't care so much about being shredded. I'm telling you without hesitation that it's worth it and you will see results within reasonable limits. It also has a very nice taste and dissolves very easily in a shaker without needing force. I have tried it once in vanilla and chocolate hazelnut flavors and both are perfect. I used to buy the 2kg size, plus it is very economical compared to others in its category, namely whey protein, and it does exactly the same job
