I've been using it for a week now, it does what you would expect without being anything special. The charging does lose some kW, but for a laptop that is always connected, it's not an issue. I use it to easily switch between two laptops by connecting a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and I haven't had any issues so far.
The Power Delivery port (type-c) is acting up for me, if it doesn't pass current, try changing the cable AND "flipping" the type c.
That's how I managed to make it work with my Pulse 3D headphones cable.
Strange, it doesn't deliver the expected mA at all.
Based on the Ampere app on Android, my POCO X3 Pro charges at 2000 mA instead of the 5000 mA that the charger provides (with the original cable, which doesn't work on this dock).
