I do not find any differences compared to the cheaper beige ones (maybe the fabric that touches the skin is slightly better). If the performance is dropping, a higher quality transformer will do the job.

After a few uses, the power cable of the device stopped working... As a result, I had to search for a replacement.... It doesn't grip at all points of the neck!

It is excellent. It has 3 intensities and if it touches directly on the skin and is not over clothes, you can feel the heat it emits.

The cable could only be longer, but this can be solved with an extension perhaps.

It is worth every penny, it does the job
