    It is very small. It doesn't cool anything.

    Positives: It has 3 speeds. 1st and 2nd speed are quiet, while the 3rd speed has tolerable noise.
    Negatives: It is a small fan, so it doesn't blow over a large area. The battery drains quickly on the 3rd speed, and if it is charging, it malfunctions on the 3rd speed because the energy it charges is not enough for the energy it uses.

    SUPERB for its price!
    It has 3 speeds, on the medium setting it cools (in my opinion) quite well and charges via a USB cable with a type C port. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge and the battery lasts about 5 hours on the medium setting and 3 hours on the high setting. Just what you need for a handheld fan.
