  Useful in general. I am 75 kilograms and 1.75 meters tall and I use it for chest and triceps exercises. The exercise for the back (where you go in from below and pull upwards) is not convenient. It is quite tall and I have no complaint there. It is also sturdy, no matter how much weight you put on it, it will not bend. The only problem is that the legs (in both pieces) were not at the same level, causing it to lean either to one side or the other. I came up with a solution using socks to fix it. In my opinion, it was worth the money.

  -Good construction and seems like it will withstand.
  -To be stable, someone needs to turn the feet (they don't have the same height on all sides), so they can adapt to any floor.
  -They are tall and help make exercises comfortable.

  Negative:
  -The bars may appear thick to someone with small hands. The foam is good.
  -I would have liked it to be a more neutral color.

  I received a defective piece (problem with the color of the tube) and the store replaced it for me.
