• Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface.
• Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame.
• Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening cans.
• When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is advisable to wash the blade immediately because it is made of stainless steel, which contains a small percentage of carbon (for proper sharpening and greater durability over time); therefore, the blade may stain if not cleaned.
• Hand cleaning is preferable, but if placed in the dishwasher, it is good to dry with a soft cloth immediately after washing.
