Useless...from the first day, the mixer would come off and fall into the glass. Not powerful at all...after continuously buttoning and unbuttoning, I threw the mixer in the trash...Unacceptable product. I threw away the old one for this reason...at least that one was ancient...justifiably!

For garbage. First week and the stick came off because it touched the glass wall. This happens with all milk frothers but they usually last for a few years. Also, even if the stick didn't come off, the button would break, it has a deep sinking with a lot of play, it wouldn't last long.

All good with the tool... The only issue it has, which I must admit is quite annoying, is that the mixer often detaches from the rotating axis (usually when it touches the bottom of the glass), so I have to manually reattach it and make sure it is in the middle of the glass, without touching the walls and bottom as much as possible.
