Description

The Maxtra+ Plus Hard Water Expert replacement filter is Brita's most powerful filter, with 50% greater calcium reduction.

It is compatible with all Brita pitchers.

It is suitable for areas with medium and hard water.

Effectively reduces: limescale, heavy metals such as lead and copper, and chemicals such as chlorine.

For optimal performance, replace the filter every 4 weeks or after consuming 150 liters.

MicroFlow Technology

The MicroFlow technology reduces:

  • metals, such as lead and copper chloride
  • other substances that affect taste

Instructions for Use

  • Fill the clean Brita pitcher with cold water
  • Immerse the filter in cold water, gently shaking to reduce any air bubbles
  • Firmly place the filter into the funnel until you hear a click
  • Filter and discard the first two fillings of filtered water
  • Your filter is now ready for use

    We have used the normal simple Maxtra+ cartridges before and we saw these, for very hard water areas. They are well made and seem to last longer than the old normal ones, so we are happy as our water is normally very hard. Like all of the Brita Maxtra range they are expensive. That is the only issue. But I would buy these again and I think they are very good.
