While I bought the machine with great enthusiasm.... and for the fast writing time it offers... as well as for the reputable name of BRAUN... Unfortunately, within the first week, it showed the first signs that it is broken... After a few hits, it would stop... I would unplug it, plug it back in, and continue without any result... in the end, it even irritated me... and I had to use cortisone creams for the inflammation and irritation... I hope it gets fixed... I will take it to the service center... or even better, they should replace it for me... because it is very new, purchased in August 2023... and I should note that I didn't use it at all in August when I bought it (because I found it at an amazingly good price!) and I also didn't use it in September... because I was tanned from vacation... I hope there will be a change... and I will come back... with a new evaluation... For now, I am very disappointed...
